What are your delivery options?

We offer 4 different delivery options:

  • Standard $10.00 – This is standard shipping, it will usually take anywhere between 5-10 days within the continental USA. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
  • Discreet $15.00 – This option is double packaged and is shipped priority.  Usually at the destination within 2-3 business days.  A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
  • Signature $25.00 – This option is double packaged, ships priority and requires a signature for delivery.  This option is perfect if the package is being delivered to a high crime area. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
  • Guaranteed $25.00  -This option is double packaged and is shipped priority.  Usually at the destination within 2-3 business days.  If this package is lost in transit we will reship 100% of the time no questions asked.  A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
What service do you use for delivery?

USPS, upon request we can use other delivery services, however there will be an additional cost incurred.

Is there a guaranteed shipping option?

Yes!  Not only is it guaranteed but it also ships priority!!

This option means we will replace your package if it is lost in transit and the USPS tracking reflects this.  This option does not include if you package is stolen off your porch or from your mailbox.  We offer a signature delivery options as well so please let us know and we can add that to your order.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes!  However, there are unfortunately some countries we will not ship too.  Usually its countries that the U.S.A. has embargo’s on.

Is there a guaranteed shipping option for international?

No.

All international orders are at your own risk.  We will not replace, refund or warranty any seeds that do not make it.  Shipping times vary from country to country.  Please note some tracking numbers will not work in certain countries. Please buy at your own risk.

Can I combine multiple orders or add onto an existing order?

Yes! As long as your order has not shipped we can modify, add items, replace items or combine orders.  We will email you the changes and Carbon Copy ourselves on the email so that we have it in writing.

I live in a sketchy neighborhood and packages get stolen

If you live in a bad area where people steal packages, we do offer a signature confirmation option.  There will be a surcharge that will be charged but is extremely worth it.  If your package is stolen there is no way for us to verify it since we can only go off of a USPS tracking number so we cannot replace it.

How soon after my order is paid for is it shipped?

3 to 4 days on average. We will strive to be faster but please allow time for your order to be processed. (Holidays can cause delays) 

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed a tracking number.  It will come from Info@RawGenetics.io

Will you sell me less seeds than listed on the package?

Absolutely not.  

I am missing an item!

Oh no! That’s not good!  Luckily, we take a photo of each and every order.  The very last step prior to packaging the seeds is a photo.  We lay all the items out around the shipping address and order number so that it can be clearly seen in a photo and snap a picture.  If you’re missing an item please call or email us, reference your order number and we will go back and look at the photos.  If your item is in fact missing, we will shoot it out to you right away.  If it isn’t, we will email you the photo and suggest that you look again in your package.  We will not replace any items or “take your word for it” if the missing item is in the photo, please don’t ask.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can get a refund if your order has not shipped yet. In the case that it has if you arrange immediately to return the items in new condition / unopened we will happily process a refund.

Please allow time to contact us about this issue. We will always fix any problem 100%. In the event you were having issues contacting us through E-Mail. Please make sure that you have left a friendly comment on our most recent post on social media or join our discord server and requested additional help from a moderator.

What is your returns policy?

Refunds can be made up to the point where they are shipped.  Once they are shipped no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. No exceptions.

How do seeds come?

Seeds come sealed in original breeder packaging.

Do you offer grow advice?

I have a problem with my seeds!
Don’t worry we will take care of you.  Please take a photo and send it off to us at support@rawgenetics.io along with your order number and issue.  We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
My Seeds Didn't Germinate, will you replace them?
We generally do not replace seeds once they have left our facitlity but in certain circumstances we will make an acception.  Please email us at support@rawgenetics.io
